Common questions.

How far in advance should I book?+
For weekend dates in peak months (October-March), three to six months is comfortable. For weeknight or off-peak dates, four to six weeks is usually enough. For large activations, talk to us as early as possible.
What's included in venue hire?+
Bare venue with house lighting, sound system, bar, bathrooms, and standard furniture (where applicable). Production, catering, AV upgrades, staffing and styling are quoted separately based on the brief.
Can I host across multiple venues?+
Yes - that's one of the main advantages of the precinct. Receptions at The City Beach Club, dinner at Hugh's Jazz Club, after-party at Kitchener's. We'll handle the orchestration across spaces.
Do you handle catering and AV?+
We work with a small group of trusted catering and AV partners and will manage the brief end-to-end. You're also welcome to bring your own - we'll coordinate access and logistics.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Deposits secure the date and are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days out incur a 25% fee; inside 30 days, the full balance applies. Full terms are issued with the booking contract.
Is parking available?+
Parking can be arranged dependant on availability, general public parking is available and semi-private parking is available on Smit Service Street.

The precinct is a 4-minute drive from the M1 highway and a 6-minute walk from Park Station and the Gautrain bus stop. Paid parking is available on Juta and Smit Street, with dedicated parking arranged for large activations.
